1.保溫設計應確保內表面不結露，即內表面溫度不低于室內空氣的露點溫度。結露會使圍護結構內表面潮濕、霉變甚至淌水，惡化室內衛生條件。內保溫圍護結構的露點位置是在靠近外墻內側的表面存在結構冷（熱）橋的部位，這些部位因內外溫差過大常產生結露現象。在內保溫設計中應避免結構冷（熱）橋的存在。
